Since its Microsoft comparing their's to the iPad its obviously biased. I'm not an "apple is better" type, although I do have an iPhone5.

Note they didn't compare Android devices to the Windows devices.

Here's the thing. For the last 4 years, us android users have been enduring the obviously biased comparison reviews of iphone vs android. The tech review industry are almost all apple fans.

For example, remember when iOS5 came out? Everything that made iOS 5 iOS 5 was a direct ripoff of android. And yet a lot of people, including the tech reviewers, pretended that apple invented things like the notification bar. And remember incorporating tweeter app into the OS? Yes, apple took an app that anyone could install and made it part of their system OS (aka crapware) and OMG the whole tech review industry wrote article after article praising the decision.

At the time, I was commuting to and from the city everyday. Got to meet a lot of people on the train. Some iphone users I met honest to god thought google copied the notification bar from iOS when I showed them my android phone. That's the power of marketing.

The point is we all know the comparison is biased on the MS website. But that's nothing compared to the bias from the apple camp.

After some consideration earlier this year I decided that I need neither a tablet nor a smart phone. The vast majority of what I don the computer is either at home or at the office. Maybe if I had an hour-long commute to and from work or a job that had me traveling frequently I could appreciate one of the other.

Everyone claims theirs is the best but it's easy to pick one or two things your device does better than the others. Regardless of who makes it or what OS a device runs, unless it does what I need it to do it isn't worth my time or money.
