Hi folks
Forget desktops etc
Now if I could have say Windows release 871 or whatever it will be called and run THIS at home.
Well it probably would make socializing with REAL people less likely but this would be FUN.
BBC News - Star Trek 'holodeck' in the living room?
Note to all you Ms haters -- Ms is into this stuff in a big way so write them off at your peril.
IBM back in the 60's and 70's used to be pioneers of what they imagined would be future devices -- you hardly hear a squeak from IBM any more as far as new hardware is concerned -- maybe Ms is becoming from purely software into the visionary exciting company that IBM used to be. Good for Ms --this is the sort of project in my younger day I would have LOVED to work on -- hopefully one day I'll be able to try it as a User.
Cheers
jimbo
