Park 'n Ride - Scottish style

My Scots friends never cease to emphasise that Scots are totally separate from the English in every possible way imaginable -- at least the English appear to believe in Central Heating !! -- well I suppose if you want to use the Scottish system of Park 'n Ride at Edinburgh Waverly train station then I'd have to agree here. !!

Fortunately wasn't my car -- I've parked in that very spot several times when I've been in Edinburgh (actually a great place believe it or not with some decent pubs, decent gigs and good Malt Whisky of course).

You can't fix stupid. Here in the states it would have been towed and impounded.
Maybe the workers found a bottle or two of Scotch on the seat.
