Desk Improvement!

First world problems: My desk is too small for my third monitor that I want to set up.

The more I play the more I know I want a 3rd monitor.
Anyways my desk is just way too small for me to set up another monitor. I could buy a monitor stand but I feel like I can solve this problem a lot easier and cheaper.

I made a sketch on paint to show what I want to do. Can someone out there let me know if this will work? Also what's the name of the item I want to use ? The Klaw, if I went to office depot or something what would I have to tell them to lead me to the right isle.

As far as tools and power tools I have a friend of mine who has all of the items I would need. I have 3 pieces of wood 4" by 6" which I can cut up into a more adequate size.

If anyone knows of another way to do this or the name of the item I am searching for please let me know.

First World Problems - desk is too small to fit my third monitor

Stick your cpu on a low table/box that brings it to desk height and put the monitor on it.

I feel like a triple-monitor arm would be safer. That looks like particle board and the downward force of the weight of the monitor would be pulling out from the side of the desk and I don't know how sturdy it is when force is allied perpendicular to the surface.

It may look weak but it doesn't wobble or shake at all. I just discovered they are called brackets. Adding 10 -15 pounds more should be okay.

My desk is too small to house the new PC tower I want to build, I can only max out to about 23-24 inches in total height. I want it to be a skyscraper!
