    Too many gadgets

We have far too many electronic gadgets. Yesterday, I got of the car and locked the car door with the little gadget and then attempted to unlock the door to our house with the thing I lock the car door with. Today, I'm sitting here with my laptop and watching TV. And, yes, I tried to change channels with my mouse. Am I the only one?

I can't sleep at night unless I have my smartphone on the nightstand next to my bed.

I like gadgets, I mean I've got a smartphone but don't go anywhere to warrant needing a mobile really, I was happy with my desktop PC running Windows 7 but as that was at the other end of the house it meant I was a bit cut off by myself so I treated myself to a Notebook so I could sit in the living room and still keep in touch online.

It's the same with kitchen gadgets, I love them.

Lol! The thread title attracted me for I assumed it was about desktop gadgets. My second thought was who would want to go back and use those when we have live tiles now?!

Trying to change the channel with your mouse, Frank? Lol! Just get a smart phone you can perform that with. Yea! I was surfing the Vz site yesterday looking at phones and came across one. I wish I had one when raising my children, for if I asked them once, I asked them a million times -> "Where's the blasted TV remote?" "I don't know"

Electronic Gadgets? Well, growing up opening cans by hand, getting up to turn on the TV and to change the channels and volume, washing dishes by hand, conventional stoves without microwaves, actually reading real books that one checked out of a real library, etc. -> No! One cannot have too many gadgets. I'm spoiled now! I don't know if I could survive in that past world. Surely not without gadgets, especially my beloved PC!

I honestly think there may be an app for Samsung TVs that can be controlled by smartphone....

Although there are several apps on Windows Phone that can control your PC!
