    Windows Phone 8!!

    It's here!

    Windows Phone (United States)

Super excited, now a phone that puts people first is now a phone built around you. That there is the feature no other smartphone OS can't touch.

I was just reading about the Nokia Lumia 920. Really thinking about it when my upgrade comes in two months! I want to play around with it first, but the reviews seem very positive. It'll be a change from Android for sure.....

I must say that Metro look better on the phone but , look how pita Microsoft is, they manage to fit 3 sizes of tiles on the Phone and on a Desktop, we are stuck with only 2 sizes, what a faillure

    Marketing gobbledygook.

That doesn't mean the phone is bad - looks fine as far as I can tell.

Excellent point... putting tighter limitations on a more capable environment doesn't make sense... but then again, neither does assuming that one interface is appropriate for all device types... even though I am enjoying Windows 8, it slightly irks me that the primary interface is assumed to be touch screen.

No, there are LEGITIAMITE reasons why it's a phone that puts people first and things you care about first.

It may be best to ACTUALLY use one daily to understand it....

If people that use Windows 8 want to see that feature on the Start Screen, it'll happen. Windows Phone 7 didn't have that option until Microsoft saw from usage data how people were using the handsets. Same will happen with Windows 9 or 8.5 I bet.

the price ($99), camera and screen are really why I am kind of interested. I think they go on sale Friday, so I am going to go play with one at the store and see what I think. Still leaning towarrd the Note but, this phone caught my attention per it's reviews. So I will see what the hands on test does.
