Windows Image Acquisition(WIA) stopped responding at every boot

Welcome to the forum, if you have an AIO printer directly attached to your computer, but it is not on at boot time, or the drivers aren't installed, could be lots of reasons. Open services.msc and set windows image aquisition to manual and see if it goes away...

I have a canon mp280 which has all the drivers installed, it's usually in stand by most of the time. I put the WIA service to manual, hope this does the trick. Thanks btw.
