Windows 8 wont start

When i turn on my computer it wont load Windows.
I tried to refresh it from the DVD but it just says "The drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again."??

- Try to burn a new DVD.
- Try the DVD on a different computer.
- Make sure your system properly loads an alternative boot disk.
- Erase all partitions before or after entering setup.
- Try a different hdd
