Just began one day, haven't been able to fix it. Even freshly installed Windows on a SSD. For a while it gave me BSOD's, but as of today the blue screen doesn't even appear. What am I to look for? It happens in several video games and on desktop. Event viewer describes it as a bug check, but i cannot determine what it has found.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial to do so :ar: NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems - Windows 7 Help Forums

After doing all the instructions you gave, I ran a quick game to see if it would crash on me again. fortunately instead of toying with my heart, it BSOD'd immediately. Here is another system file to check up on. The newest minidump is after the nvidia clean installation.

For anyone reading the thread with this problem; I swapped out my motherboard. its a bit of work but I haven't had a BSOD since. the computer is about 5 years old so its no wonder something eventually went wrong. But now with new hardware comes new drivers, and that fixed the problem more or less.

ONLY DO THIS AS A LAST RESORT. It most certainly was for me.
