And another today. Seems to be saying BAD_POOL_HEADER now. No idea what may be triggering it.

Update or reinstall the Realtek audio drivers and temporary remove McAfee.

What do you mean temporarily remove McAfee? As in, do a clean reinstall? I had MalwareBytes installed (trial version) and I read elsewhere that it can cause the BAD_POOL_HEADER to occur, so I uninstalled it yesterday.

Temporary removing software means uninstall it while the problem is there in this case.

Windows 8 and up have by default Windows Defender, which is good enough if you use the basic ruless regarding security.

Been using the computer sporadically because of all the BSOD, but I turn it on and get another one. It's driving me nuts. Do you think it's still the same issue?PEGGY-Mon_08_14_2017_204515_59.zip
