So I've been getting this particular BSOD for weeks now. It started off with 1 every few days, to a few every day. Chrome is on almost perpetually and I have tabs open for days on end as I am lazy to reopen the same tab that I use everyday (e.g. email, reddit).

When the BSOD happens I notice that its usually when I am trying to open a link in a new tab and at the early stage of loading I get a BSOD.

I usually Hibernate my PC, and leave my Chrome open when I hibernate it. I am attaching the dump log or whatever you call it (sorry I'm a tech noob) as per the instructions in the FAQ. Let me know if you need any more information and thanks in advance.
