BSODs after motherboard replaced

Hi,

A few months ago I had an issue with my laptop (HP Spectre x360 13-4009na) not turning on. I sent it to the manufacturer and they diagnosed the issue as a faulty motherboard and replaced it. Since I received it back, I have constantly been getting BSODs, and it seems like it might be a graphics driver issue but updating to the latest driver has not helped. When I reset the computer to factory state, the BSODs actually stop, but the first time I install windows updates the crashes start again. All drivers etc are up to date.

I don't have many dmp files as I recently reset to factory state and was not seeing issues until I was forced to install windows updates, hopefully the attached is enough information.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum when the MB was replaced did you do a clean install as it may be different to the old one so a factory reset may not work it doesn't take much to change to give the problems it may have a different BIOS even if it's the same MB
