BSOD occurs randomly due to "ntoskrnl.exe"

Hi all,

For the past few months my Alienware X51 R2 has been randomly crashing. I factory restored it and it worked for awhile until the random crashing/freezing started again. I downloaded BlueScreenView and it seems that "ntoskrnl.exe" is the culprit.

I'm not sure how to parse the additional information on which driver is causing this to bug out. Can anyone help me read the BSOD message? I updated my motherboard from A07 to A10 and it caused more problems (messed up BIOS settings and additionally black screen crashes and random beeps on my computer). When I was able to start up the computer it BSOD'd again with the bug string: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. Kind of going crazy now trying to figure out what's going on with this computer.

I hope someone can steer me in the right direction. Thanks for your time.

Since I created this post, there have been additional crashes. I have no idea what to do and what any of it means. Can someone help me please?

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial for the installation part  NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems - Windows 7 Help Forums

Thanks axe0, I'll get on that right away. Is that what the BSOD dump that I provided indicated that it could be a NVIDIA driver causing the BSOD or the pre-existing Dell drivers?

It looks to be from Nvidia, the pre-existing drivers from Dell aren't newer than 2014.

Didn't have a chance to redo the drivers until now, but I wanted to add the additional BSODs that I received again. Doing the DDU steps you suggested. Could this also be a failed memory card?
