Sorry for the short title, I didn't know how to word my issue.

My problem started when I had started getting BSOD's. To fix I had de-fragmented (didn't work) and then I had to do a system restore which appeared to fix it although it didn't keep my files instead deleted them. I tried installing a game on steam that required framework 3.5 but It failed to install giving me this error code: '8007371B'. I had researched and found no luck with finding any fixes, it's not even heard of. I tried doing a factory reset with comes up with the same error code, I have also tried upgrading to win 10 and using a media (installation disk) to install which had no luck and come up with the same error code.

I am desperate as soon I will not be able to upgrade to windows 10.

It's a problem with your Boot Manager. Your Boot Manager is what boots into Windows, and a problem with it can cause ou to not be able to boot into Windows.

First thing to try is something called 'Startup Repair'. You'll want to follow this guide: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/http-wwwbleepingcomputercom-tutorials-automatically-repair-windows-8-with-automatic-repair-/

If that doesn't work, you'll need to reformat the PC. If you can't repair the boot manager though there's going to be no other options. You'll lose your data so do try Startup Repair first.

The reformatting will work for sure, but regardless, once you're up and running I would recommend that you start backing up your data regularly. Either a disk imager like Macrium Reflect or a snapshot tool like Rollback Rx. Either will do the trick but you'll want to start backing up your data.
