    Hi jeffshead,

    Welcome to the 8forums

I see 2 kernel power logs of event 41 where 1 was because of a BSOD, I would like to analyse the dump if you would provide the data asked for
Please read Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

The other event 41 is a bit unexplainable. This is because there is 1 hour between the event and an earlier event and the events that are right after event 41 are of no use as they are about that the system shutdown unexpected as you may have read.

Please update the Radmin software, it uses drivers that are very old and old drivers are often causing BSODs.

Please check the keyboard for driver updates.

We'll need to use driver verifier if above does not help.

There are Windows Error Reports about the keyboard, these error reports are created in the background so the user won't notice them.
I would suggest that you remove the device from device manager, reboot and let Windows install the drivers again.

Does anybody know event id to look for to determine when the system was shut down? I know it's 6006 in Windows 7 that specifies when event log stoped, I don't know if it's the same for Windows 8.1, since I can't see any ID 6006 in my Event viewer.
I have this question before I consider this an actual issue. Because I'm an Amateur Radio Operator I shut down all power to the PC and other accessories at the main power strip. Important to mention that I only turn the main power off AFTER the PC has turned off the blue power light...

Hi there, I am concerned about a new build that I received on the 12th of September. I only discovered event logs yesterday and I am alarmed to discover I have had 45 critical errors since the 12th: event id 41 , task category 63, source kernel-power. saying 'The system has...
I have for a long time, used the chassis's power button to shut computers down; there's nothing wrong with that, Windows has be designed to do this for a long time. What I've noticed though, is that every time I use the power button, I get a critical error in event viewer: Event ID: 41...
I just recently built a computer in December and from the start the PSU made some clicking noises, but I didnt see it as a problem since at first there were no problems with my computer. It would restart after the first 5-10 minutes of playing league of legends. 20-30 minutes are playing Team...
I have had Windows 8 Pro installed for over a month now. During that time I have never turned the power off without "Shutting" the system off. I have never had the system reboot unexpectedly. So I am wondering why I sometimes (quite often) see a Critical error in my System event log. The Event ID...
