BSOD - Critical Structure Corruption Gigabyte P55W

Hi

I have a 3 month old Gigabyte P55W laptop. In the last 4 days I have had 2 BSODs with the same error message:

Critical Structure Corruption

My laptop has 8GB RAM as standard, but I got an upgrade of an additional 8GB, I'm worried there is something wrong with one of the memory cards.

I have barely installed anything other than MS Office, Steam (and other games) and iTunes. I use my laptop primarily for gaming and general internet browsing.

I've attached my log files - I'd be grateful if anyone could analyse them and advise what the issue could be. I have a 2 year warranty so if this could be a hardware issue, I'd want to exercise the warranty asap.

Many thanks
Dom
