BSOD Random Times Followed by Power Cycle before POST

Hi All,

I've been dealing with BSOD's for a while and have never been able to find the cause. Sometimes the computer will BSOD and restart fine and run for a little while and BSOD again. Sometimes it will BSOD and then refuse to start, just power cycling before the BIOS screen even comes up.

To fix this I usually wait 24 hours or I've realized I can remove one stick of RAM and that also tends to fix it. I can add the RAM back later and it will work again for a while until the next BSOD.

Other times it will run for days no problem.

I also tried running verifier as instructed on this site and the computer would BSOD on boot for wdf01000.sys. The other BSOD s typically had an error regarding IRQ, but lately it's been different things I can't recall the new errors just that they're no longer IRQ.

I've tried testing the memory with Memtest so I think it could be the motherboard, but I'd like to confirm with some people who know more than me before I go through the whole hassle of RMA'ing it.
