Hi, i got BSOD while i watch some videos online. BSOD description is due to NTFS.sys

I checked with bluescreenviewer it shows ntfs.sys, netio.sys, and ntoskrnl.exe issue

Im not sure why i got BSOD again, the last time i got it was November last year, and i asked for a help in this forum and asked me to submit memory diagnostic check status. I submitted after like 1 day full of diagnostic, 8 phase or something and result in 100% ok. And im sure if i checked again, it would be 100% again.

You can check another mini dump file i got previously, but newest one is 3/6/2016.

Hope you can help me find the what or which driver that cause this.

Before i run this, could you explain to me a bit what makes you think the cause is the HDD? The error is the same as i had before and that time i think you asked me to run a memory test and i did it with 100% pass rate.

The bsod that just happen while i watch video online, not from HDD.

The error isn't the same, this one is a 0x24(NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM) what focuses more on the hard drive.

There are many background services running that are accessing the hard drive what may have triggered it, watching a video may not have anything to do with it.
