BSOD 0x139 KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (Video related?)

Hi, I was hoping you could help. First off, it's a 2012r2 system, but with the shared code base with 8.1 I was hoping that someone could take a look. If this is an unreasonable request, then no hard feelings, it was worth a shot on my end.

So to the BSOD, it's happened twice in the past 24 hours (also once a couple days ago, but i don't remember the circumstances), last night was during Steam streaming, and this afternoon using KODI. I've tried all my usual methods for BSOD's but I'm stumped. I've even tried Driver Verifier, but I can't seem to reproduce the BSOD. During my google searches I came across this forum, and tried stress testing with Furmark.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These are usually caused by drivers, but you'll need to enable driver verifier on all non-Microsoft drivers to catch it. There appears to be some sort of security-related issue with one of the kernel-mode drivers causing a buffer overrun, and Windows bugchecks to protect the system.
