Driver Description: SUPERAntiSpyware
Driver Update Site: SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloads

Never use 2 antivirus software suites at the same time, the can interfere with each other and cause BSOD.
If you already have uninstalled Superantispyware look for a remover or uninstaller on the webpage to remove all left behind drivers from your system.

Also in the unloaded modules MBAMSwissArm is mentioned a few times, this is a driver of Antimalwarebytes.
