    I own a win 8.1 dell laptop, thing just got a BSOD

    I used the online OSR analysis to analyze my dump file

    Why a system crashes is very difficult to say with the limited info you provided.

    What caused the crash is easier to say.

    Thanks for the reply, I am indeed using mcafee antivirus (mfeavfk), the BSOD went away for sometime but today it crashed again

    I also uploaded the new minidump to OSR again but this time it doesnt mention mfeavfk

    This is scaring me considering my laptop is still relatively new, please help me identify whats really causing the crash
