In order to fix this i need to uninstall the drivers from the ethernet ,delete connection then I install them again, redo connection and it works fine for a week or two...then again randomly....when I try to connect PPPoe it does not connect and finally gives me the BSOD... I saw it is about ndis.sys in the memory dump, could not read more, in my debug.
I also use hotspot from the windows netsh commands and i share the pppoe connection to the virtual adapter bla bla...[but i don't think it's related]
Now tried a new thing, found some newer drivers.. will see.
Here is the zip

Thanks! Now i have no longer a pppoe, I switched to normal network (now connected to Optical Network Terminal, wich it does the PPPoe automatically) I think I will not have any more problems, since the lack of needing to "connect" manually from windows . I will come back for feedback!
