Add the dumps to the original directory, run the dm log collector and upload a new zip.

    Please update PowerISO.
If any ASUS bloatware is installed, remove it as it may cause trouble.
Please check ASUS for drivers, update/reinstall every driver
Please install the most recent BIOS update, 2010
    Code:
BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc. N751JX.205, 21-7-2015
Old drivers, links show information about the drivers.

    Hi again,

    Thank you very much.
There is no ASUS bloatware installed, for as far as I know. (I always remove software I don't use)
And also all "up-to-date" drivers from the ASUS website are installed.

Updating the BIOS might fix it, but I'm afraid to do so, since the last time. (When my laptop got bricked, and I had to send it back to ASUS)
Do you think it'll harm if I skip all the versions between 205 and 2010?

I'll try removing PowerISO in the meantime.

You could install all the BIOS updates, but I would just install version 2010.

What happened last time that the update went wrong?

Last time I updated it, all boot options disappeared from the BIOS, so there was nothing I could do. (Not even boot from USB)
Should I decrypt my HDD before updating the BIOS?

Yes, decrypt your hard drive before updating the BIOS.

    Hi,

I decrypted the system and then used the Easy Flash Utility in the BIOS to flash it to version 210.
Unfortunately I'm locked out again completely now; so all boot options have disappeared, and I can only boot to the BIOS. How screwed am I?

Not 100% if you somehow can flash the BIOS back to a previous version.

A thing to mention, I would flash the BIOS without the use of any utility even in the BIOS.

After viewing the .dmp file using BlueScreenView, it said the BSOD was the result of ntoskrnl.exe. Since ntoskrnl.exe is a critical system process, I didn't think that that would be the root cause, so I'm posting my .zip files. Thanks for helping. 63529

I've been getting these BSOD for months on every startup or restart. At first I could avoid them by unplugging the power cord of the laptop, but now I even experience several of them suddenly, not only on start/restart. I read it could be the Bluetooth driver, I installed several versions of the...
Log Dumps Attached, it usually happens after I've been inactive for an hour or so, although I have witnessed it out of nowhere right in the middle of work. I've updated most of the drivers. USB/VIdeo/Lan, but it's still happening. Any assistance please?

Hello! My computer keep BSOD'ing on me on a day to day basis. I've run the Bluescreen viewer and WhoCrashed but I cant for the life of me figure out why this is happening. At first I thought it was a defect USB charger, but the crashes still occur without it being plugged in. All I can figure...

My laptop has been blue-screening during power up or power down (including but not restricted to shutting down, going into sleep, going out of sleep, hibernating, even re-starting) ever since I did an in-place upgrade of my laptop to Windows 8.1 two weeks ago - although there's another problem that...
