BSOD because of included 3rd party drivers in win 8.1

Hello eightforums! So here's the deal. I have this toshiba qosmio laptop which I just installed a windows 8.1 OS. I have not installed any drivers yet but it seems that the installer included 2 network adapter drivers (1. Intel centrino 2. Qualcomm atheros) which is of course not from the manufacturer. So when I turned on verifier to check its stability, sure enough it causes BSOD. The one that's causing the BSOD is a driver named netwew00.sys, and the trigger is when I turn on the WIFI.So my question is, how do I PERMANENTLY uninstall these bad boys?Because when I tried to remove them from the device manager, darn drivers just keeps reinstalling themselves and I cannot find that option to remove the driver files. Thanks for helping me out.

The driver is a network driver, you need to install a more updated driver from your manufacturer to remove the bad one

Please use the BSOD posting instruction to provide theDumpfile https://www.eightforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/10685-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html
And fill in your System Specs.

Advice: update the devices with compatible windows 8.1 drivers.
The intel centrino is probably the wireless device.

    manufacturer drivers site:http://support.toshiba.com/support/m...ext=1200005512

Okay I'm gonna do the installations but can you guys help me out in sorting through this confusing list? obviously the ones that I need to install are the latest for Win 8.1 as the filter selection provides.

So far I've downloaded the following:
    1.intel display
    2.nvidia display
3.Intel chipset sw installation utility (I'm not sure what this does)
4.Intel management engine interface (I'm not sure what this does)
    5.synaptics touch pad
    6.conexant audio
    7.Intel rapid storage

What else should I download? The ones for wireless connections got me confused, there where several to choose from and with unfamiliar names attached like wCAT and wINF. Also, do I download the windows updates before or after I install the drivers?

Oops. Thanks for the continued support. I did your suggestions, tried installing the proset drivers from Intel and from Toshiba with several versions but the wireless network is still bsod during verifier. Could this be a hardware problem of the network card? Here are the updated mini dumpfiles I've amassed from the tests.https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_e...ew?usp=sharing

Already tried to simply remove the drivers and reboot?

Do not install any drivers that is not from Toshiba as that'll cause problems.

I have a small test in mind that we could try to find out if the network card is damaged, but I'll explain it later

I haven't yet checked the linked file, I do that later too

The dump files all point to WLan.
But you have only 6 Windows Updates (KB) installed, first install all windows updates to further stabilize your system.
One of the KB(hotfixes) could maybe solve problems with wireless devices.

Then Use SFC to check and repair windows systemfiles.
    See this tutorial
    https://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/3047-sfc-scannow-command-run-windows-8-a.html
    Note
If SFC could not fix something, then run the command again to see if it may be able to the next time. Sometimes it may take running the sfc /scannow command 3 times restarting the PC after each time to completely fix everything that it's able to.

If not, then run the Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command to repair any component store corruption, restart the PC afterwards, and try the sfc /scannow command again.

As next step as @ axO has said uninstall the intel n 2230 and Reboot and let windows install the drivers.
