Bu i saw another important thing on your picture you have your memory modules in the wrong slots according to your Manual.
With 2 memorymodules you have to use the 2 blue sockets. See your manual http://downloadmirror.intel.com/1813...03_english.pdf.
PLease put them in the blue sockets, this is very important for the stability of your system.
I'll switch them into the blue slots. Also should I uninstall any soundblaster drivers since he sound card was a soundblaster?

Yes, uninstall them from your system, to avoid conflicts with the realtek onboard drivers

I thought I had remembered seeing a bunch of soundblaster drivers in device manager but I don't anymore. They might have been the creative ones? I assume I don't need to uninstall any of the remaining audio drivers? See picture.

No they don't seem to be from Creative, but you made a picture of the Creative drivers in device manager in post 23 compare them.
To see if these are Realtek or Windows basic driver are Right Click> open properties>look for more info.

Another BSOD, not while playing a game but while downloading one.

What is the model and specifications of your memory modules
I could only find this in my analyse
    4gb
    Manufacturer 0x04CD
    Part Number 0x46332D3132383030434C392D344742524C00

But your motherboard seems to have some restriction.
Is your memory module SD(single-sided) or DB(double-sided)
It seems that 4gb SD are not supported at all and only 4 gb DS with x 8 organisation are supported.

It could be that your memory is not compatible
    Code:
      1.5 System Memory

The board has four DIMM sockets and supports the following memory features:

    •
1.35 V DDR3 SDRAM DIMMs (New JEDEC Specification)

    •
Two independent memory channels with interleaved mode support

    •
Unbuffered, single-sided or double-sided DIMMs with the following restriction:

Double-sided DIMMs with x16 organization are not supported.

    •
16 GB maximum total system memory (with 2 Gb memory technology). Refer to

Section 2.1.1 on page 37 for information on the total amount of addressable

    memory.

    •
Minimum total system memory: 1 GB using 512 MB x16 module

    •
    Non-ECC DIMMs

    •
    Serial Presence Detect

    •
    DDR3 1600 MHz, 1333 MHz, and DDR3 1066 MHz SDRAM DIMMs

    •
XMP version 1.2 performance profile support for memory speeds above 1333 MHz

    NOTE

To be fully compliant with all applicable DDR SDRAM memory specifications, the board

should be populated with DIMMs that support the Serial Presence Detect (SPD) data

structure. This allows the BIOS to read the SPD data and program the chipset to

accurately configure memory settings for optimum performance. If non-SPD memory

is installed, the BIOS will attempt to correctly configure the memory settings, but

performance and reliability may be impacted or the DIMMs may not function under the

    determined frequency.

Table 3 lists the supported DIMM configurations.

    Table 3. Supported Memory Configurations

    DIMM

    Capacity

    Configuration

    (Note)

    SDRAM

    Density

    SDRAM Organization

    Front-side/Back-side

    Number of SDRAM

    Devices

    1024 MB SS 1 Gbit 128 M x 8/empty 8

    2048 MB DS 1 Gbit 128 M x 8/128 M x 8 16

    2048 MB SS 2 Gbit 256 M x 8/empty 8

    4096 MB DS 2 Gbit 256 M x8/256 M x 8 16

Note: “DS” refers to double-sided memory modules (containing two rows of SDRAM) and “SS” refers to

single-sided memory modules (containing one row of SDRAM).

    Your both dumpfiles were again
    Code:
    0: kd> !analyze -v

    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************
    WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
    Arg2: ffffe0016e09a028, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
    Arg3: 00000000be000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
    Arg4: 0000000000800400, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
One dump with proces Black ops.exe and one dump with process chrome.exe

According to your memory management notice.
As a test run your pc with only 1 memory module in the blue slot of channel A and see if the system runs stable.

If not than return the memorymodule and run Memtest again.
To test if the memory is not faulty but that it could be a compatibilty issue.

Also the networkadapter still may be the culprit because you said you were downloading, did you also played Black Ops online.

No it's not. Having the memory in the same colour sockets simply uses dual channel, which is more efficient for the memory controller. It doesn't not alter system stability at all.

Again, it's the same issue, it's an internal timer error. The CPU is faulty, RMA it.

I was not downloading a game and playing a game at the same time if that's what you're asking. I was only downloading a game and web browsing.

In regards to the memtest. I ran memtest86 for 18 passes and recieved no errors. Should I even bother running it again with single modules?

Here is a pic of one of my modules.
