My Friend's Laptop Hogs & Crashes

His lenovo G500 Laptop was running a windows 8 OS and it had a 100% disk usage. The pc still freezes frequently lately eventhough he upgraded to windows 10, but this time the PC gave him a BSoD few times in a month or so.


Please let me know if we need to provide any more information, please reply as soon as possible!!

This is the driver for Intel Rapid Storage Technology But there is not a windows 10 driver from Lenovo, only windows 8.1 Laptops and netbooks :: Lenovo G Series laptops :: Lenovo G500 Notebook - Lenovo Support (US)

This could point to I/O interrupts problem

The last dumpfile 19 december has

All dumpfiles are related to the HDD and are increasing in severity.

It looks like the HDD is dying.
Maybe that it can get it repaired.

He's saying he checked it and it says driver is healthy. using several tools as well.
