I am at a complete lose. I have tried so many things. I believe due to my ignorance as to what the actual problems is may be why I have failed countless times trying to resolve this.
What happens is I will be playing Guild Wars 2 and all of a sudden the computer goes to a blue screen only thing I seen on the screen before it reboots is something about a problem with the nvlddmkm.sys It has happened without playing a game but it seems to be very rare when it does.
Sometimes it wont show the name of the file it just shows a sad face thing like ;( and says I have encounter a problem.
I was running windows 8.1 had the problem many times. Then I upgraded to Windows 10 hoping it would fix it. It did not.
I would greatly appreciate any help as to what I can do, if anything to resolve this issue. If I have not given the proper information and uploaded the correct files please let me know I will send the files or information you require.
Wanted to say, I make sure to keep my laptop on a chill pad. Monitored the heat it all checks out fine. I have installed and reinstalled windows so many times thinking that may help, it has not. I have updated nvdia drivers countless times using the Geforce Experiance thing to check for new drivers. Ran the memtest to check the ram for errors. None was found.
