I have tried researching online to gain a better understanding and seen no solutions yet or direction forward.

-Done a refresh of Windows + complete reset.
-Updated drivers.
-Used sfc /scannow.

Hi Ch3ZGr8r,

Welcome to the 8forums.

If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

Since all the crashes are 0x116 and 1 a 0x119 the crashes are related to the graphics.
Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD

A crash seems to occur every week or so.During a crash I would be using the computer actively playing a video game, browsing on the internet or completing work.
Crashes that have occured seem to freeze entire screen and go into a phase were screen is mostly black with graphical pixelation. This would last for 15 seconds or so .Then the computer I assume would attempt to reboot normally. Computer eventually loads up normally.

Perhaps the overall process of crash. Always happens the same way.Black screen with pixelation and then reboot. Also the sound of PC when it crashes, a cycle of rebooting can be heard and then the startup process.
Apart from that I can't think of anything else. The variables when it crashes seems too random to link to a consistent pattern through each crash.

Check your PSU, make sure it is properly connected and no wires are loose.
After that, check the BIOS for the 3.3v, 5v and 12v and let me know what they are.

The 0x116 is a graphical crash, but it doesn't always have to be the graphics, it could be that there is a power problem somewhere or something is overheated, or not seated properly, or slot damaged etc.

PSU seems to be fine, everything connected properly. However I'm struggling to find voltage values from BIOS. There is no reference to these values. I have also tried the Dell pre boot system that you can access. Again no success. Could you suggest a direction?

All I can say is that those values can be found be in the BIOS.
Because with every mainboard manufacturer the BIOS is different I can't be more specific.

Unsure about the PSU and cooling system.Cooling probably a Dell stock version that came with prebuilt system.
Although we can't 100% trust the values, because software isn't as good as the BIOS, I hope the values are close enough.

If you don't have temperature monitoring software: HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID
Please monitor the temperature of the GPU when idle and under load.
No stress testing yet, it occurs that the temps of the GPU under load from stress testing are by far different from normal under load.

I have tested for about 1 hour , max temperature holds out.

Idle temperatures differs between tests as well - 36°C / 40°C. I assume this is due to ambient temperature at the time.
