Laptop BSOD irql_not_less_or_equal.(ETD).sys

I keep getting BSOD while just generally using my laptop, i have done some research into the error message and it seems to be my touch-pad driver, after trying to update my driver and reinstalling it i still have the problem, i have uploaded my dump files, and would appreciate it if someone could help.
I am running windows 8.1.

The ETD.sys would be the touchpad driver.
I suggest you update it.
If it doesn't help, I suggest to read BSOD Posting Instructions
