Hello everybody.

I get BSoD when installing Ati Graphics Driver to Windows 8 Release Preview 32bit Turkish

My PC: HP G62-b54ET Notebook PC
Driver: AMD Catalyst™ Driver Windows® 8 Release Preview

I have tried those:

  1. Clean install Windows 8 Release Preview,
  2. Install to different partitions,
  3. Redownload driver,
  4. Redownload Windows iso format,
  5. Installing on 64bit,
  6. Installing amd_catalyst_win8_consumer_preview_[rc10],
  7. Expand atikmpag.sy_ and atikmpag.sy_ to System32,
  8. Installing from Device Manager by selecting .inf file, downloading from internet and chosing folder.
  9. Installing 12-6_beta_windows7, 12-4_vista_win7_32_dd_ccc, 12-2_mobility_vista_win7_32_dd_ccc,
  10. Cleaning ATI Display with Driver Sweeper in safe mode and install AMD Catalyst™ Driver Windows® 8 Release Preview
  11. and more i forgot. :)

I see the this in Device Manager after installing Windows 8.

Your video is having problems:
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series (Engineering Sample - WDDM v1.20) PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68E0&SUBSYS_143C103C&REV_00\4&372D74&0&0018 This device cannot start.
I'd suggest trying the latest released driver (non-beta) from ATI for your system.
Often there are issues with obtaining ATI Mobility drivers from ATI - so you may have to search other OEM websites for a more updated version.

Also, you may want to try installing the DRIVERS ONLY - ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure

The memory dump blames your ATI video drivers also.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs
