BSOD during use of IE IRQL

BSOD random times,random actions

Please help, this is a newly installed windows 8.1 .I tried out windows 10 but it keeps BSOD at random times so I went back to 8.1 . At first I thought that the problem was the ram but I already did an 8 pass memtest and there were no errors. I was in the process of downloading some OEM drivers when this happened. Check Windows Update for updates, install every update available, it may take a couple of times to get them all.
I recommend to re-install every supported Windows 8.1 driver from your manufacturer.
