BSOD 4-5 times a night

My computer starts having BSOD last night, which repeats after 5 - 30 minutes of use after recovery. It happens whenever I use my innate USB 3.0 ports OR my external usb 2.0 hub with 4 ports. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me figure out where is the problem.

Is it because my USB 3.0 ports are broken/installed with incorrect driver?
Is it because my external usb hub is drawing too much power from the usb port? (i was only using 2 ports on the external hub though, for wireless adaptors for my mouse and keyboard)
Or was it because my external usb hub is badly constructed so it causes problem whenever it's used? (implying buying a better quality one would solve the problem, unfortunately i do not have another external usb hub and would prefer not to waste the money to buy a new one before identifying the problem, if that is possible with the available info)

Please help me solve the problem. I normally wouldn't bother but with the 2 usb 3.0 ports not usable at all and unable to use external usb hub, i am really running out of usb ports.

I would need to know, how exactly have you activated your Windows license?

The Genuine.txt shows volume_kmsclient, this type is used with organisations, or a cracked Windows.

Outside of this all, I am not sure if 190 hotfixes is enough in enterprise?
Code:
Hotfix(s): 190 Hotfix(s) Installed.
