    Hi popcorn,

    Welcome to the 8forums.

Please visit Windows Update and install every update available, it may take a couple of times to get them all.

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble.

Please move some files from the E partition to increase the free space to at least 10-15%.
Every partition needs at least 10-15% free space so Windows can do its thing in the background.
    warning   Warning
Less free space could cause BSOD's
    .

Please describe the circumstances when this crash occured.

    DRIVER VERIFIER

Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Some windows drivers are blamed in a few crashes, but that usually means that a 3rd party driver is actually the cause.
Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

    Note   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

Sorry for the delay. took me some time to backup.

    - updated the system.
    - freed space from E drive.

BSOD happens mostly when i play Company Of Heroes (new steam version).
After windows update its still BSOD occasionally, except now the BSOD screen is sort of smudged and unreadable, every pixel line has different offset.

enabled Driver verifier - PC BSOD on boot with Bad Pool Caller error.
had to restore to boot it normally again.

The cause is SoftEther VPN Client, update the software or remove it.

Then it appears you are running a counterfeit installation.

Below you can find volume_kmsclient, this type of activation is only legal when it is a part of an organization.
This type of activation is also used with programs like KMSpico to activate software illegal.

Oh, i thought you maybe asked because certain programs or privileges, as i do use McAfee enterprise to block some rights (read/write/execute) to the windows folder as pretty effective virus countermeasure, which sometimes causes problems with some programs but shouldn't cause a BSOD.

The key was acquired through some MS affiliation program of an organization.

In that case, then it is fine, although you likely have to reactivate it every once in a while.

Please check following drivers for updates
    Code:
    tapoas Mon Jul 12 02:31:59 2010 tapoas.sys // Open VPN driver
    afcdp Wed Jul 20 16:46:03 2011 afcdp.sys // Acronis
PxHlpa64 Mon Oct 17 16:29:34 2011 PxHlpa64.sys // Check this link for software that are using this driver
AiCharger Thu Mar 22 09:07:51 2012 AiCharger.sys // ASUS Overdrive driver, causes BSOD, recommended to remove ASUS software.
    tib_mounter Thu Dec 27 14:25:05 2012 tib_mounter.sys // Acronis
