BSOD random crash Clock_Watchdog _Timeout

Hi,

i have been experiencing random BSOD crash , it had gone away on it's own but it's now back..

latest BSOD just says something like Clock_Watchdog _Timeout

i suspect it's faulty memory stick . two days ago, i noticed my comp only recognized 4gb out of the 8gb that i am suppose to have. i unplugged it and plugged it back in physically and it starts seeing 8gb again. i also did a memtest on it for more than 8 hours without any error. i thoguht life was good until 2 days later, i see the first bsod i have seen in month.

please help me troubleshoot potential root cause, attached is the zip file from dm_log_collector

It seems the dump in the zip is from 2014.
Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are any recent dump files saved.

bleh, the one under windows/minidump also shows september 2014.

i have configured windows minidump to smalldump i guess we'll see if it happens again
