Are you replacing the AMD with another one or going Nvidia?
The system log you posted* earlier suggests it could be an AMD driver fault. I've had errors like yours in the past with AMD and after switching driver version (to an older one) they stopped.

Both are nVidia cards. I don't have an AMD card as a back up to try, either.

Yeah I went back to 347 and then 350. Doing that solved some problems but I'm still having these random restarts.

Attila is a mess but I have this issue in gta5 and Witcher 3, too. Is it safe to say this is definitely not my board?

Gonna need input from someone else on that.. I'd be thinking it's definitely software related, possibly something to do with Windows 8.1. Maybe it hates you, who knows? Tried different versions of windows? Basically all you want to do is eliminate every possibility. Can't rule out the motherboard, but I wouldn't go replacing it without being certain that it's the cause. Wasted $600 a few months ago trying to work out why I couldn't turn my computer on.. Didn't have any spare parts to trouble shoot so I replaced the CPU which didn't fix it, tried each GPU separately, etc.. Turned out it was the RAM. Speaking of which, tried replacing the RAM? Or trying one stick at a time. What about page file? Set it to no page file, restart then set it to a minimum and maximum value of the same size for example 6000mb.

Yes this issue persisted with win7, 8 and 8.1. I started this build with one stick to get it going and then replaced it with 4 sticks. I ran each stick for 1 or 2 passes in memtest, then all of them for 6 and then 8 passes. Zero errors. I had the page file set to 5.6GB but I zeroed it out because what do I need that for? Then I had some problems so I set it to maximum where it is now: over 32GB.

Yes, but the GPU drivers have already been updated..

Referring to older drivers. Newer drivers often introduce problems that didn't exist previously. Have you even read past that comment yet or just insist on replying to it here and in my messages?
