    Please read this tutorial and make sure you are admin, this is an admin permission problem most likely.

    Try to manually set the path to the location you want it to save the file.

    Still nothing, Even when trying to run powercfg /batteryreport gives the same error.

    Again, apologies, I'm just seeing you don't have a laptop.
    The command works only for the laptop, because a desktop doesn't have a battery.

    Check your PSU and the voltages.

    (Getting a little tired today with work, school and helping others with their BSOD's)
