BSOD 139 while editing in Adobe Premiere

While video editing I experienced a strange BSOD (only strange because I have overclocked the system so am accustomed to occasionally getting these if my system isn't stable. As of now, it is). I'm hoping it's as simple as Windows Debugger makes it seem to be which is that the Asus AI Suite USB 3.0 driver isn't compatible, but I'm not sure and would greatly appreciate your expertise. I've attached Attachment 65165 the file here. Thank you!

    Hi vaipan,

    Welcome to the 8forums.

The crashes are caused by ASUS drivers
Please update the drivers via given links.
If you have software from ASUS that you're not using, please uninstall it.
