Constant BSODs CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

I've been having constant blue screens for a long time.

It used to be on Windows 7, but I made a post and there were no replies so I tried to upgrade to 8.1 (already had a disc) hoping to have that solve some problems.

They are less often now but I've still had 3 today.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is a very frustrating problem for me.

Note for attachments: The one labeled 'TEST' is from this install of Windows 8.1, the one labeled 'Cory' is from the Windows 7 install, I included it because there are dozens of dump files in there that might also be useful.

Thanks for the reply!

I ran Seagate diagnostics, it showed one of my drives had a bad sector but I blue screened before it finished.

Rather than struggle with the drive I just unplugged it to see if that would fix it, but I had BSOD's while the drive was not installed so it must be something else.

I've had a few blue screens today that said there was an error with NSID.sys if that helps.

Please run Prime95 to test your CPU: Prime95 tutorial

DRIVER VERIFIER

Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
Please create a restore point.

Please read and run driver verifier.

Some windows drivers are blamed in a few crashes, but that usually means that a 3rd party driver is actually the cause.
Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

Note   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.
