Please try to upload the zip file again and make sure it contains dump files.
In case there are again no dump files in the zip file
Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are any dump files saved.
The zip is empty of dump files.
Also please read BSOD but no dump saved?

    How about this?

I accidentally cleaned the dump file previously. does this help instead?

The crash is caused by the ethernet controller driver which is pretty old
    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm L1C63x64start end module name
    fffff800`fee88000 fffff800`feeaa000 L1C63x64 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: L1C63x64.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\L1C63x64.sys
        Image name: L1C63x64.sys
        Timestamp: Mon Apr 01 05:15:17 2013 (5158FBC5)
        CheckSum: 000245C4
        ImageSize: 00022000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Go to your manufacturers site and update your drivers.

Sorry for the trouble again as I'm a computer noob, but i updated the drivers recommended on the dell website, and the BSOD still occurs. May i know how to specifically update the ethernet controller driver?
