VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR after waking Windows 10

Display was turned off, turned it on, after a few minutes screen went black, limited mouse movement and then BSOD. Please see minidump information attached. Any help would be much appreciated.

My apologies, I used the wrong terminology. The laptop was not sleeping, as it was plugged in at the time; the display was simply turned off. When the display came back on, the BSOD occurred. I will edit the original post.
