Solved IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error

I keep getting the following error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error


I have tried a system refresh and nothing works. This error is on a Toshiba Satellite C55-B5200.

I get a restart screen and then it hangs there.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

While running the program I downloaded to collect the the IRQ error or dum report the machine rebooted on it's own. It started back up in to automatic repair.

Most of them crashes are caused by Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) driver.
If you're using a laptop, go to the manufacturers site and update your drivers.
If you're using a desktop, go to the Intel site to update this driver.

Please go to device manager and check if any device has a problem.

If you have updated the Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) driver and still get the BAD_POOL_HEADER error open an admin command prompt and type "chkdsk /r" (without quotes) to find and repair any errors on the hard driver if there are any. Reboot when it asks for and let it run (it may look like its frozen on a certain percentage).

If you still receive this error, it could be due to defective RAM.
Download and run MemTest86+ to test your RAM. RAM tutorial with Memtest86+ | Windows 7 Helpforums
Run MemTest86+ for at least 8 passes. Ideally set it off before you go to bed and leave it overnight, we're looking for zero errors here. A single error will show something's going bad with your RAM.
This test takes a while.

I took your advice and went to the Toshiba support site and downloaded the latest Intel driver file and installed it. It's been about 20 minutes and no crashes so far.
