    I keep getting BSOD 0xc00002a1 windows 8.1

I get this BSOD at random times, sometimes it happen right away after waking the computer from sleep, and just last night I was probably on my machine for maybe 2 hours and then it crashed with the BSOD 0xc00002a1. I read that it could be a hardware error and I unplugged the device that has given me trouble int he past and it appeared to have fixed it but then it just randomly shut off here with the 0xc00002a1. The latest instance happened with the device unplugged. I am not sure what is causing. I looked at the dump file but I am not sure what I am suppose to be looking for to find the root problem. Any help would be appreciated, sorry if this has been asked before. Ok I attached the file.

Apologies for the delay, I've done a little research for this error.
A little explanation about this error
    STOP 0xC000021A: WINLOGON_FATAL_ERROR
This occurs when Windows switches into kernel mode and a user-mode subsystem, such as Winlogon or the Client Server Runtime Subsystem (CSRSS), is compromised. Security can no longer be guaranteed. Because Win XP canít run without Winlogon or CSRSS, this is one of the few situations where the failure of a user-mode service can cause the system to stop responding. This Stop message also can occur as a result of malware infestation or when the computer is restarted after a system administrator has modified permissions so that the SYSTEM account no longer has adequate permissions to access system files and folders.
Starting with the user-mode, the most common problem is with thirth party programs.
Have you recently installed a program? If so, please temporarily uninstall/disable them.
    Also please try clean boot
