Apparently I have been having these BSOD happen everyday for over a month without me realizing until recently. The most recent occurrence was when I tried to enable my ethernet adapter and my screen went blank after I forcefully ended the task. Everything worked fine (firefox, taskmanager, etc) but there was no home screen. Just a blank red screen (red because that is the color of my theme I guess). I honestly can't believe I have went over a month without noticing all the BSOD I have been getting.

Anyway here are my dump files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The attachment manager seriously isn't uploading the new zip I made. Does this sometimes happen or what?

Yes it does happen pretty regularly.
Try the BSOD Inspector, a new tool created by blueelvis, its in the beta version but it should work.

Haha yes it is. BlueScreenViewer shows that it happened everyday for over a month so I have a little over 30. I can delete some that are similar to each other if you want.

I've analysed 6 dump files, rest wasn't taken with.
They are caused by your wifi and bluetooth drivers.
Code:
Probably caused by :[B]BTHUSB.sys
[/B]Probably caused by :[B]vwifibus.sys[/B]

Go to the official dell site and update every driver that is available, reboot and see if the bluescreen returns.

If any new bluescreen occurs, please use the tool again and upload the new information.

The following is for information purposes only.

Ok will do. Also something just happened to my graphics card. It randomly switched to intel integrated graphics for some reason and now it won't install the new nvidia driver. It all has to happen at once doesn't it.

Unfortunately it appears to still be happening. I updated the wifi driver and bluetooth drivers. I can only think it might be a driver to my bluetooth headset that I am using but I am not really sure. Also the blue screens appears to only happen when I try to shut down my computer or put it to sleep. I don't know if this is related or not but my windows updater is completely broken. I get error after error on it and can't even update to windows 10 that way. Anyway I have 2 more dump files that you can look at if you want. If worse comes to worse I'll just update to windows 10 with a thumb drive and hope that fixes it.

Windows 10 didn't fix problems for a lot of people who had bluescreens.

The first bluescreen is caused by Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters driver.
Maybe its better to update this driver from Realtek

The second bluescreen is caused by the bluetooth.
Because this is a part of windows, please open an admin command prompt and type sfc/scannow.
Reboot after finish, try again and if any problems still occur please upload the log file found in:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS.
C: is the letter of windows partition, if you have another letter for this partition use that letter.

I'm trying to install the realtek driver right but it seems to be frozen on the final stage. It's been sitting on installing driver with a full bar for 30 min now.

It even bluescreened when I tried to reboot. Well I hate to tell you this axe0 but my log file is apparently too big. It's 3.3MB. What in the world are we going to do now.

Hi NotnobodyNever ^_^,

In case you are having problems uploading here, you may upload the ZIP file to another 3rd party file hoster like OneDrive , Mediafire etc. Hope this helps :)

According to the cbs.log file, there are a few problems.
2 of them may be ignored, these are known false positives:
  1. utc.app.json
  2. telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
These are coming from an windows update for windows 10 upgrade.

Another 2 are coming from your CPU, these are driver problems.
Update the drivers and you should be fine with the system files.
