Crashing randomly, ntoskrnl.exe issue?

I used BlueScreenView to look into the mini dump, but all I got from that was that it has something to do with ntoskrnl.exe.

I hadn't planned to upgrade from 8.1 to 10 yet, but I thought it might fix my issue. I was wrong.

I attached the DM Log Collector files.

Any support/tips appreciated.

Hi Jezter,

Welcome to the 8forums.

Please run Prime95 to test the CPU with this tutorial | Windows 7 Helpforum.
It looks like your CPU may be damaged.

I have Prime95 running and it has passed every test thus far. What exactly should I be looking for?

Check for updates from your manufacturer if you haven't already.

Ensure that the machine is adequately cooled. If there is any doubt, open up the side of the PC case (be mindful of any relevant warranty conditions!) and point a mains fan squarely at the motherboard. That will rule out most (lack of) cooling issues.

If you receive any new BSOD's, please use the tool again.

I am using a custom built rig, I'm fairly certain everything is cooled.

I used the BIOS to check the temp of my CPU after one of the crashes and everything seemed normal. The CPU is getting a little warm now with the Prime95 test maxing out all 8 cores, but otherwise I don't feel that temperature is an issue.

I assume you have chosen the Small FFTs test as described in the tutorial. If so run it for 2 hours, sooner when errors occur.

I don't have them saved. My minidump got cleared. I already ran driver verifier and it told me everything was perfect.

One thing that I thought of was my motherboard. I used a rather cheap motherboard, would it be possible that my 8-core processor is too much for the MB to handle?

Yes, have you checked for compatibility issues before you bought it.

Also I forgot 2 things to mention.
1. Please describe what you already have done.
2. Please fill in your specs as that would make things easier to troubleshoot.
