Crashing randomly, ntoskrnl.exe issue?

    One thing that I thought of was my motherboard. I used a rather cheap motherboard, would it be possible that my 8-core processor is too much for the MB to handle?

    Yes, have you checked for compatibility issues before you bought it.

    Also I forgot 2 things to mention.
    1. Please describe what you already have done.
    2. Please fill in your specs as that would make things easier to troubleshoot.

Solved Windows 8 crashing randomly in BSOD Crashes and Debugging
After performing a clean install from Windows 7 pro to Windows 8 pro I am getting crashes randomly. Whenever the computer switches on from sleep or rather when I start after turn off it crashes. Also when I switch on the charger it crashes. please help me.. BSOD file attached.
