Hello, guys! I am new in the forum and would like to thank you in advance!
My computer was bought in Germany and I brought it to Brazil when I moved. The average temperatures here are much warmer than there, so I slowly realized the pieces were dying one by one due to the heat (when I played heavy games with the HDMI connected to the TV, it made my laptop turn off if I didn't place a ventilator next to it), starting from the battery and then the charger. I bought a cooler to place under the laptop and stopped demanding so much of it, but my hard drive still started having failure issues and I got gradually more BSODs -- the more the system was required by its tasks, the more I got the BSODs. Since this got more constant, now it happens sometimes when I run Microsoft Office or even a browser.
Since I can't afford a new laptop at the moment and I need it to work, I would be happy if the problem merely was a software issue, or if I could provide a longer life to my laptop by exchanging the defectuous parts. Therefore I would kindly ask for an advice based on this information and on the dump log attached.
Best regards,
Felipe
