    If it is water damage they must replace it with a new one because else it only makes the damage worse to itself and other components when trying to repair it (which is pretty much impossible if you ask me).

    Its best to get rid of all the software they have added, most of the users don't use it and so remove it.
    Some are indeed adware, but they'll still be added because the company gets paid to do that.
