Solved BSOD by ntsokrnl during GW2

About two weeks ago my 1.5yr-old computer began having crashing issues, sometimes to BSOD, sometimes just freezing up. This usually occurs during heavy gameplay of Guild Wars 2, but has happened in Minecraft and even just with Firefox open. I've tried a number of things, and the number of crashes has decreased, but still occur on a daily basis.

Here are the measures taken so far:
  • Update drivers as windows suggests
  • Monitor temps; CPU and GPU never reach above 75C, even under stress tests (Prime95 + Unigine)
  • Check SSD with speedfan; SMART measures were fine
  • Induce driver failure with Driver Verifier. This was interesting, because the system crashed when only Microsoft drivers were stressed, and did not crash when all non-Microsoft drivers were stressed.

System specs:
  • i7-4770k, no overclock
  • GTX 770, no overclock
  • SSD Crucial M500 with OS + programs and 1TB HDD
  • ASRock z87 extreme4 mobo

Thanks for the input. I disabled the Nvidia streaming service; if you don't hear back from me, the problem is solved! I'll mark the thread as solved tomorrow, assuming no crashes.
