    If you're overclocking, please stop.

One driver is the cause of all the crashes
    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for VIA_USB_SER.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for VIA_USB_SER.sys
Please update all the drivers of your modem.

To stop overclocking press the button that brings you in the BIOS before windows loads.
In the setup look for something that has to do with the CPU and overclocking.
NOTE: if you haven't overclocked by yourself and can't find anything in the BIOS regarding overclocking than you don't have to do anything as their isn't anything overclocked.

For updating the drivers, did you get a cd or something for software and drivers?
Else you probably have to contact their support about it, on their site isn't anything I could find about driver updates.

Then there is no problem regarding overclocking.
Contact the company about the software and drivers.

Also, please upload a new log whenever you get a new BSOD, because the cause of every BSOD could be different.
