The zip doesn't have any dump files, without dump files we can't help you.
Please run the tool again, make sure in your windows partition in the following directory there is at least 1 dump file
'Windows\Minidump'

there are no folder called windows/minidump on my pc, i have checked it. in the advanced systemsettings>startup, where you turn off automatic reboot for the dump/BSOD it says that it saves it to %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP and i cant find that either.

Please make a screen of your settings.

Also search for %systemroot% if you didn't.

will do it later, i am just in the process of re-installing windows om my desktop. i will do it as soon as i can.

this is the screenshot of my startup and recovery settings on my laptop. they are the same as on my desktop except the windows 7 is 8 on my desktop. and i have automatic restart off on my desktop too.
